However because these programs can come from federal, provincial and municipal governments it can be tough to figure out which programs are available to you! NRCAN Greener Homes Grant
This is a federally funded program that incentivizes many things to make your home more efficient, from changing your windows, adding insulation, and of course installing a heat pump! There are many different Tosot heat pump systems that are eligible for up to $5000 in rebates
Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP)
CEIP is an Alberta program that provides low interest financing for energy efficient upgrades to your home
St. Albert Home Energy Efficiency Grant
The City of St Albert has their own program that incentivizes home upgrades like heat pumps to reduce your carbon footprint and lower your utility bills
These are just some of the programs available to help incentivize you to install a heat pump in your home.
